4. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

5. Limitation of Liability

KyMa IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of BatasGPT. Use at your own risk.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Makati City.
